Pay rate: A newly graduated RN with zero experience or an RN with no BSN starts off at $37.85. An RN with BSN base is $39.36.Plus experience. Shift: 12-hour Night position needed. Weekend requirements: Every other Weekend. Holiday: Every other. Float requirements: Yes MS4, ICU, ER, SKILLED NURSING. Education: BLS, ACLS, Fetal Monitoring can be obtained through SWMC within 6 months of hire. Unit overview: 10 Beds LDRP. Special Care Nursery Level II. Ratios : Active labor 1:1, Postpartum/Couplet Care 3:1, Latent Labor 2:1. Jewelry must be kept to a minimum; Visible face and/or body piercing (outside of traditional ear piercings and small nose studs) are not permitted while on duty. Examples include but are not limited to nose rings/hoops, eyebrow piercings, lip piercings, and cheek piercings. Relocation bonus of up to $2500, must provide proof/receipts. Regarding Perm Placement Fee payments : Company will invoice the Client upon confirmation of the HCP's start date. Payments to the Vendor will be released on a 30/60/90-day schedule, provided that (1) the HCP remains actively employed with the Client Facility through each applicable milestone, and (2) Company has received the corresponding payment from the Client Facility. Conditioned upon receipt of funds from the Client Facility, Company will remit the applicable payment to Vendor within fifteen (15) business days following each 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day milestone payment received from the Client Facility. Perm placement fee breakdown : Salary will be based off the above requirements for either base pay of $37.85 or $39.36 + experience. This order reflects the lower rate of $37.85 hourly pay for 36 hours per week for an annual salary of $70855.20. 20% of this salary is the perm placement fee ($14,171.04). Of the $ 14,171.04, TRS Managed Services will collect the Admin fee of 6% (850.26) which makes the payout for the agency $13,320.77 which will be paid based on the above 30/60/90 day schedule pending the candidate completes their first 90 days at the facility.
