• Number of Staff - when at 26 we call for a C4 and 3 PCTs
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift - Charge, 4 RNs, and 3 PCT
• Night Shift - Charge, 4 RNs, 2 PCT
• Patient Ratios - 6:1
• Type of equipment - Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines
• EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role:
• Minimum of 1-year current Med/Surg acute care hospital experience
• BLS
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• ACLS
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Medical patients
• Some drips such as heparin
• Post op radial cardiac cath
