Unit Specifics: NoneNeed Specifics: Perm placement Rad/CT Tech. INCREASE! Base pay: $37.86 (rate will increase based on experience). Shift requirements: M-F 8a - 5p and Every other Weekend (Fri 2330-0700, Sat 1900-0700, Sun 1900-0700). Certs required: ARRT (R)(CT), KS LRT, BLS/CPR.. Holiday Rotation: Rotates with your shift days. Charting: Meditech; NovaRad PACS. Unit overview: 2- Radiology rooms, 2 portables, 3 c-arms, 1 dexa, 1 CT room Off site radiologist. Typical Staffing: 8-20 volume depends highly on Emergency Room patients. Scrub Colors: Any professional scrubs. Relocation allowance: Up to $2500. Receipts required for reimbursement. Sign on bonus: $1000- $5000 paid upon first pay period after employment, and $2000 paid after the completion of years 1-3 of employment. Perm Placement fee is reflected by base pay of $37.86 per hour for 40 hours per week which would make the annual salary $78,748.80. Perm placement fee is 20% of the Annual Salary for $15,749.76, minus the 6% admin fee for TRS Managed Services (944.99) which leaves a payout of $14,804.77 for the agency. Please note that this is subject to change as the rate was only added based off of the original noted salary and is not based on experience/what is confirmed to be offered to the candidate. Regarding Perm Placement Fee payments : Company will invoice the Client upon confirmation of the HCP's start date. Payments to the Vendor will be released on a 30/60/90-day schedule, provided that (1) the HCP remains actively employed with the Client Facility through each applicable milestone, and (2) Company has received the corresponding payment from the Client Facility. Conditioned upon receipt of funds from the Client Facility, Company will remit the applicable payment to Vendor within fifteen (15) business days following each 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day milestone payment received from the Client Facility.
