Unit Description: 41 Bed Medical Telemetry Unit.
3. Years
of Experience Required: minimum of 2 years working in one location;
and 2 years working as a Traveler.
4. Floating
Required: Travelers are required to float to applicable units when needed.
5. Rotating
Shifts Required: Yes for Days (rotate between 7a-7p, 11a-11p
& 7p-7a). Night positions are straight Nights.
6. Skill
Sets Required: Cardiac Telemetry Cardiac Drips, Interpret Tele Strips, TR
Bands, Hi-Flow Oxygen.
7. Clinician
to Patient Ratio: Days: 1 to 4/5. Eves & Nights: 1 to 5/6.
8. Patient
Population: Cardiac, Respiratory, Metabolic, Psych, Substance Use Disorder,
GU, & GI.
9. Bed Count: 41.
10. Census: 41.
11. EMR
