• Day Shift - varies on # with census, patient free charge nurse, PCT approx. 10-11 pts
• Night Shift - Same as days
• Patient Ratios - 1:5 RN days and nights, when possible, max 1:6
• Type of equipment - Some lifts for mobility. Chest Tubes, Hemavac Drains, Wound Vacs, JP drains, PCA, Foley
