Project Executive Responsibilities and Duties:

• Leverage industry contacts to secure new leads.
• Engage in RFP processes and contract negotiations as required.
• Collaborate with the pre-construction team to set project budgets and timelines.
• Organize and lead the project team.
• Conduct meetings to ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to project execution phases.
• Ensure full comprehension and compliance with the project contract among the team.
• Regularly visit project sites to oversee performance.
• Monitor and assess team output.
• Manage project financials including accounts receivable, forecasting, and profit and loss.
• Support the project staff in schedule setting and adherence to Lean/Last Planner methodologies.
• Promote and oversee the project’s safety protocols.
• Participate actively in meetings with project owners, maintaining consistent client communication.

Project Executive Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with at least 15 years of experience in a construction-related field.
• Experience managing large hyperscale and colocation (Co/Lo) projects, with budgets exceeding $200 million.
• Alignment with key values of safety, integrity, passion, and commitment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, including appropriate judgment for escalating issues.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and multitasking capability.
• Proficient understanding of contracts and legal aspects affecting project profitability.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and clients effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams to surpass project objectives.
• Skilled in negotiation and contract management to effectively represent interests in dealings.
• Highly motivated and confident, with proven ability to foster client relationships and secure future projects.
• Capability to recruit and lead a project team effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
