Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist in Dallas, Texas.

Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist in Dallas, Texas between $90,000 and $115,000.

Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing VDC/BIM processes.
• Ability to design models for construction management purposes as necessary, must be able to modify and supplement deigns intent Revit models.
• Responsible for quality control, supporting team members and construction staff.
• Assist with BIM-related issues, scheduling issues, and review BIM coordinating schedules for compliance.
• Assist with new technology and modeling within Revit.

Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years’ experience within BIM Modeling for an Electrical Contractor.
• Must work for an Electrical Contractor designing MEP for large new build commercial projects.
• 3+ years within Revit and must be able to model within Revit MEP.
• Navisworks experience.
• Field experience is a plus.

Preferred but Not Necessary

• Electrical Field Experience
