Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Location: Vail, Colorado
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel assignment
• Assignment Dates: November 9, 2026 – February 8, 2027
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030–$2,190
• Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts per week
• Shift Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Expected Hours: 36 hours per week
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital-based CT and diagnostic imaging
• Call: No call requirement

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist, CT Tech, or Radiologic Technologist
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital radiology environment
• Willingness to complete applicable Colorado CAPS registration or compliance requirements; processing may take up to two weeks

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to established imaging protocols and patient safety standards
• Prepare, position, and communicate with patients throughout CT imaging procedures
• Verify patient information, exam orders, and relevant clinical history before scanning
• Operate CT scanners and related diagnostic imaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Recognize and address image-quality concerns to produce accurate diagnostic studies
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and department procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, providers, and other imaging professionals to support timely patient care
