• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,320–$2,440
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Start Date: October 26, 2026
• End Date: January 24, 2027
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Service Area: Spokane County and potentially lower Stevens County
• Electronic Medical Record: HCHB

Home Health RN Job Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 12 months of home health nursing experience within the past 3 years
• At least 1 year of professional nursing experience
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate skilled nursing care independently in patients’ homes
• Strong patient assessment, communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills

Home Health Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide skilled home health nursing care to patients throughout the assigned service territory
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patients’ conditions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with each patient’s plan of care
• Educate patients and caregivers about disease management, medications, safety, and self-care
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate home health services
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the HCHB electronic medical record
• Support continuity of care and help patients achieve their health and independence goals
