Travel RN Job Details

• Location: Euclid, Ohio
• Assignment Type: 13-week Registered Nurse travel contract
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910–$2,010
• Schedule: 36 hours per week; three 12-hour day shifts
• Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
• Start Date: November 13, 2026
• End Date: February 12, 2027
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Holiday Coverage: Travelers must work at least every other holiday

Med/Surg Tele RN Job Requirements

• At least 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele or medical-surgical telemetry nursing experience
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at the time of submission
• Active BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Recent Epic charting experience within the past 6 months
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge nurse in the specialty; the reference must be from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• Active required certifications must be in hand before submission
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and medication-safety assessments during orientation, with an acceptable score required
• Willingness to complete required background screening, health screening, and onboarding documentation
• Ability to complete required pre-start and annual learning modules

Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient condition, and promptly escalate concerns
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with orders, policies, and safety standards
• Complete thorough patient assessments, care plans, documentation, and handoffs using Epic
• Collaborate with providers, nursing colleagues, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Maintain a professional, adaptable approach in a fast-paced hospital environment
