CT Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,170–$2,330
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Employment Type: 26-week travel contract
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts
• Shift Hours: 12:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Additional Scheduling Information: Consistent day off each week; no call required; holiday coverage may be possible
• Work Setting: On-site hospital CT department

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent CT Technologist or computed tomography imaging experience
• Current ARRT registration in Radiography and/or CT as applicable to the role
• Active Ohio license in hand before the start date; applicable compact-license eligibility may be accepted
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Required certifications must be active and unrestricted at the time of placement
• Ability to complete required hospital orientation, competency assessments, background screening, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to established protocols and physician orders
• Prepare patients for computed tomography procedures, explain examinations, and promote comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Operate CT imaging equipment and adjust technical factors to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Review images for quality, positioning, and completeness before submitting studies for radiologist interpretation
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, contrast safety, and departmental procedures
• Accurately document patient information, examinations, and pertinent observations in the medical record
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, providers, and other members of the hospital care team
• Maintain equipment readiness and promptly report technical or safety concerns
