Job Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant credential required
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinic, outpatient, or hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication, patient service, and clinical support skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Support providers, nurses, and clinical staff with day-to-day patient care in a hospital clinic setting
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with routine clinical procedures
• Take and document vital signs and other routine patient information accurately
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-friendly clinic workflow
• Provide compassionate service while helping patients feel comfortable and supported
• Perform additional Certified Medical Assistant duties as assigned by the care team
