ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SITE VICE PRESIDENT  (REMOTE + TRAVEL)

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm representing the nation’s leading electrical, mechanical, and general contractors. We have been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Site Vice President – Mission Critical. This is a remote-based leadership role with significant travel and onsite presence.

Site Vice President Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Approx. $300,000 (Discretionary depending on experience)

• Per Diem: $5,000–$7,000/month (based on project city cost of living)

• Travel & Temporary Relocation Expenses: Covered by employer

• Relocation Expectation: Ideally, candidate relocates to project city for 18–24 months

• Home Travel Schedule: Two 3-day weekends per month (flexible depending on candidate)

• On-Site Presence: Daily involvement required, including regular visits to corporate HQ or satellite offices early in employment

• Equity: May be discussed privately at employer’s discretion (not mentioned to candidates)

Site Vice President Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations for complex mission critical construction projects nationwide

• Guide and support regional operations teams and project leadership

• Maintain full accountability for project execution, staffing, P&L, and resource planning

• Engage in high-level client relationships, negotiations, and strategic planning

• Mentor and develop senior project leaders and field teams

• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across project teams, executive leadership, and field operations

• Establish operational strategy and performance KPIs for large-scale construction efforts

• Participate actively at job sites and corporate offices to maintain executive leadership visibility

Site Vice President Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in electrical or general construction operations, with at least 5+ years in an executive leadership role

• Proven success delivering mega projects ($100M+), especially in mission critical/data center environments

• Strong client-facing and team leadership skills across both office and field personnel

• Ability to manage operations remotely while maintaining an on-site leadership presence

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field preferred
