Travel Nursing Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,960–$2,060
• Location: Spring Grove, Minnesota, with occasional coverage in the nearby Harmony area
• Schedule: Per diem; no guaranteed weekly hours
• Shift: 8-hour evening shifts, typically 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
• Assignment Dates: October 19, 2026–December 27, 2026
• Weekend and Holiday Coverage: As needed
• Call: No on-call or callback requirements
• Floating: May float between nearby long-term care settings approximately 25 miles apart

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Associate degree, nursing certificate, or equivalent required education
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Experience with long-term care documentation; Matrix experience preferred
• Ability to float between nearby care settings as needed
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, resilience, and the ability to manage changing priorities
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently while completing tasks accurately and on time
• COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions may be considered

Long-Term Care Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Complete nursing assessments, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes appropriately
• Support resident comfort, safety, dignity, and quality of life
• Collaborate with nursing assistants, TMAs, providers, residents, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with long-term care standards
• Respond effectively to resident needs while managing an independent evening-shift workflow
