Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910–$2,010

• Schedule: 36 hours per week; three 12-hour night shifts

Emergency Room Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license eligible for practice in Ohio
• At least three prior Emergency Department assignments and/or three years of current or recent Emergency Department experience
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• Recent competency with Epic electronic medical records is required
• TNCC and ENPC certifications are strongly preferred
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotations
• At least one year of professional nursing experience required

Emergency Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients across the acuity spectrum
• Rapidly assess, triage, monitor, and reassess patients in a busy Level III Trauma Center environment
• Deliver trauma nursing care in trauma bays and other emergency department treatment areas
• Recognize clinical deterioration and initiate appropriate emergency interventions
• Administer medications and treatments, assist with procedures, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in Epic
• Support safe patient transitions, admissions, transfers, and discharges
