Employment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewExpress Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations for a local public safety organization.This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing supplies and equipment for delivery to local fire stations. We're looking for someone who is organized, hardworking, and comfortable operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a busy warehouse environment.If you have experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, or warehouse logistics and enjoy staying active throughout your workday, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities

• Review electronic work orders and accurately pull requested supplies and equipment from warehouse inventory.
• Pick, pack, bag, and box materials for delivery to local fire stations.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify materials, and organize stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to safely move and organize materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Keep warehouse shelves, storage areas, and workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with stocking, labeling, and tracking supplies and equipment.
• Identify damaged or missing inventory and report discrepancies.
• Help prepare orders for delivery drivers and ensure shipments are accurate and ready on time.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and changing priorities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks required.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow electronic work orders and inventory instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to assist with a variety of warehouse tasks.
• Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment throughout the workday.
