Traffic Coordinator (Shipping & Logistics) Job Summary We're hiring a Traffic Coordinator in Clearfield, UT to keep shipments moving and orders flowing from our warehouse to customers on time. This is a great entry-level opportunity in logistics and freight coordination — no prior experience required, and you'll be working Monday through Friday at $17/hr. What You'll Do 

• Route and schedule parcel, LTL, and truckload shipments accurately using carrier routing guides and customer compliance requirements
• Create and manage delivery appointments for truck drivers
• Communicate daily with carriers, dispatch, sales, and the shipping team via phone and email to coordinate freight pickups and deliveries
• Process picking lists, packing slips, and shipping labels for sales orders, transfer orders, and will calls
• Calculate freight charges and research order discrepancies as needed
• Create export documentation and file ITNs for international ocean shipments
• Build and maintain bill of materials lists and standard work documents for the shipping department
• Use Microsoft D365, vSync, Excel, and Word to manage daily tasks and create reports

 What You Bring Required

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Basic computer skills — comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and data entry
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

 Preferred

• Familiarity with shipping or freight terminology (LTL, parcel, truckload)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar office software
• Any background in a shipping, logistics, or office support role
