Job Requirements

• Active Minnesota RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• NIHSS certification
• BLS certification through AHA
• ACLS certification through AHA
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• Ability to float as needed within the ER
• Weekend, holiday, and schedule flexibility as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy emergency department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely, safe patient care
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth ER workflow
• Deliver compassionate care in a fast-moving, high-acuity environment
