Job description
Join a well-established Labor & Delivery unit in Los Angeles for a 13-week travel contract. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts in a high-volume, high-risk setting, supporting over 200 births per month. This role offers a hands-on experience with high-risk deliveries, involving procedures like Pitocin administration, magnesium sulfate, and insulin drips. The unit boasts a team of OB physicians available 24/7, and you'll work closely with OB techs and charge nurses to ensure smooth patient care. If you have at least two years of L&D experience and are comfortable with complicated deliveries, this is a prime opportunity to enhance your expertise while experiencing life in California’s vibrant city.
