Join us for a 13-week ICU contract at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, Texas, where you'll work 12-hour day shifts on the 2nd floor in a bustling setting equipped with advanced mechanical ventilators, CRRT, and Impella devices. This role is perfect for ICU nurses with 1-2 years of experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable performing procedures like intubation, bedside ECMO cannulation, and chest tube insertion. Expect a patient ratio of 1:2, a friendly team, and the chance to develop your skills amidst modern technology. The work schedule includes every other weekend, providing a great balance of days and off days, with no on-call requirements.
