Job description
Join a dedicated team as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse in Washington Township, New Jersey, for a 13-week contract that offers a hands-on experience in a busy maternity unit. This role involves providing comprehensive care for high-risk and low-risk deliveries, including supporting fetal monitoring, assisting in C-sections, and neonatal resuscitation. You'll have the chance to support the full spectrum of labor and postpartum care, often working alongside a collaborative team in a setting that values skilled, adaptable nurses. Expect to float within scope, including assisting in the nursery and serving as the baby catcher, making each shift engaging and impactful. The schedule consists of 12-hour days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every other weekend off, allowing you to enjoy your time outside of work. Certified nurses with at least one year of experience, including those new to the specialty, are encouraged to apply.
