Registered Nurse Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $660–$690
• Start Date: November 17, 2026
• Assignment Duration: Approximately 52 weeks
• Scheduling Commitment: Minimum of two shifts per month
• Cancellation Notice: Two-hour notice
• Dress Code: Clean, neat scrubs in any color
• Immunization Requirement: Flu immunization is required unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided

Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Requirements

• At least 2 years of Registered Nursing experience in a relevant acute-care setting
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at the time of application
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Ability to commit to a minimum of two shifts per month
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in a float-pool environment

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical Telemetry patients
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond effectively to clinical changes
• Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with established standards
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing colleagues, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Adapt efficiently to the needs of a float-pool assignment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and professionalism
