Travel Radiology Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,530–$1,650

Radiologic Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience in an outpatient imaging setting
• Current Radiologic Technologist credentials
• ARRT certification
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Strong patient care, communication, and diagnostic imaging skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the radiology and imaging team

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations in an outpatient radiology setting
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain exam instructions, and promote patient comfort and safety
• Operate radiology equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images according to established protocols
• Verify patient identity, exam orders, and relevant clinical information before imaging
• Maintain radiation safety standards and follow applicable policies and procedures
• Document examinations accurately and communicate pertinent findings or concerns to the appropriate clinical team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe outpatient imaging environment
