Travel Physical Therapist Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
• At least 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience

• Internationally educated therapists must meet applicable CGFNS credentialing requirements
• Ability to complete required onboarding and facility credentialing before the assignment begins

Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient physical therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes
