Warehouse Associate

Now hiring Warehouse Associate in Plano, TX (Drucker Labs – 1600 Capital Avenue Ste 100, Plano, TX 75074). This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity (weekday schedule) paying $20.00/hr, with potential for overtime/weekend needs based on business demand. About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help receive, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and on time, while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and getting it right the first time.

Pay Rate:

• $20.00/hr

Available Shift Times

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime/weekend work may be required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming shipments; report damage/shortages
• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately (pick lists and/or scanner)
• Put away inventory and keep stock organized
• Prep outbound shipments (palletizing, shrink-wrapping, loading)
• Assist with cycle counts/inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Use pallet jacks and (once trained/certified) forklifts or powered equipment
• Support other warehouse/production tasks as priorities shift

Key Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning basic warehouse systems/scanners (or willing to learn)
• Ability to stand/walk and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety
