Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Help develop programs and support department growth.

• Provide in-services and share clinical knowledge with fellow therapists.

• Contribute to the overall operation and success of the rehabilitation department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
