• Floating: No floating required, though support between nearby sister facilities may be requested based on unit needs

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of CT Technologist or CT Tech experience required
• Community hospital or acute care hospital experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT certification required
• ARRT Advanced preferred/required per assignment needs
• California CRT required
• CT certification required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume imaging environment
• Experience with GE and Toshiba equipment preferred
• Must be open to variable scheduling and working major holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of CT scans accurately and efficiently throughout each shift
• Support emergency, outpatient, and inpatient imaging needs as required
• Produce quality diagnostic images while maintaining excellent patient care and safety
• Prepare and administer contrast media in accordance with established protocols
• Operate CT equipment and adapt to workflow demands in a very busy department
• Maintain radiation safety standards and follow all imaging procedures
• Assist with transport support when needed to keep patient care moving smoothly
• Work collaboratively with the care team while remaining flexible to unit needs
