• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,350 - $2,520
• Charting System: Epic EMR
• Orientation: 40 hours
• On-Call: Not required
• Float: Not required, though travelers may be expected to support nearby sister facilities if needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Pediatric physical therapy experience is required
• California Physical Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient pediatric therapy setting
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Must be comfortable working a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
• Ability to provide 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support mobility, function, and age-appropriate developmental goals
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and track patient progress over time
• Collaborate with the care team to support coordinated, family-centered care
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused treatment environment
• Adapt care plans based on patient response and clinical needs
