Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience
- Labor & Delivery RN experience preferred, including high-risk OB exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum transitions
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond quickly to changes in patient status
- Support high-risk labor and delivery cases in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Assist with neonatal resuscitation and delivery room stabilization as needed
- Document patient care accurately and maintain strong communication with physicians and clinical staff
- Contribute to a safe, patient-centered maternity care environment focused on excellent outcomes
