Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- High-risk Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum transitions
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
- Support high-risk obstetric patients with strong clinical judgment and teamwork
- Assist with neonatal resuscitation and coordinated newborn care as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, quality, and patient care standards
- Deliver attentive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment
