Job description
This travel contract is designed for a registered nurse who will assess patients, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, administer treatments, coordinate services, and evaluate patient progress. The role includes reviewing clinical information, reporting abnormal findings, documenting care accurately, educating patients and families, and guiding licensed and non-licensed personnel when appropriate. Working 12-hour night shifts, you will support continuity of care through thorough handoffs and thoughtful clinical judgment in a setting where every shift brings a fresh opportunity to make a difference.
