Job description
Join us for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Oklahoma City, where you'll provide specialized care to postoperative cardiac patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hospital setting focused on patients needing advanced support like Impella, balloon pump, and ECMO. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, assist with diagnostic procedures, and monitor complex physiological responses—certainly a role that keeps you engaged and challenged. The shift is 12 hours overnight, providing a different rhythm for your workday, and your expertise will be vital in managing patients recovering from open heart surgery, with particular experience in impella, IABP, CRRT, and post-op day 2 care.
