Job Specifics:
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Duration: 13 weeks, with a schedule of 36-40 hours per week, including at least 3 weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday). Float responsibilities to Youth and Geriatric units may be required. The position involves working with adult and geriatric populations, generally in a psychiatric setting, with patient ratios up to 1:10 during evening hours and 1:19 overnight. Orientation will be held Monday through Friday of the first week, followed by Monday-Tuesday in the second week. All orientation days are mandatory and scheduled as 8-hour days.
