Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week contract in Rockford, Illinois, working 12-hour night shifts in a busy Intermediate Care Unit. You'll handle titrations such as Heparin, Nitro, and Cardizem, and work with advanced equipment like ventilators, BiPap, and high-flow oxygen. The unit has a dedicated charge nurse available 24/7, and you'll work alongside CNAs to provide attentive patient care. Flexible self-scheduling is available, with a weekend rotation and minor holiday coverage, offering an engaging but manageable work routine.
