Job description
Join this 13-week travel assignment as a NICU RN in Apple Valley, California, working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be part of a dedicated team in a busy Level III NICU with approximately 190 births per month. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain intensive experience in neonatal intensive care, focusing on the tiniest patients and their complex needs. Expect to float between units if needed and collaborate closely with your team to ensure smooth and effective care delivery. The schedule involves every-other weekend work, with the possibility of exceeding that to meet unit demands, providing a rewarding yet manageable work rhythm.
