Job description

This role offers the opportunity to work in a bustling, teaching hospital with a Level I Trauma designation, caring for neonates from 32 weeks to full term. You'll be working 12-hour daytime shifts, providing critical care to high-acuity infants, and occasionally float within the pediatric ICU and Level II nursery. The spotlights here are on those proficient with IV vasopressors, high-frequency ventilation, and ventilator management—making every day a chance to sharpen your skills while making a difference. Notably, you'll get to be part of a facility that values flexibility, as you may float to other pediatric and neonatal units based on patient needs. This assignment stands out because of its focus on caring for neonates with complex needs in a well-supported, community-focused environment, and the chance to work on a schedule that guarantees hours while also respecting your time off.
