Job description
This 13-week travel healthcare contract in Terre Haute, IN is an opportunity to work in a 32-bed remote telemetry Med/Surg unit. You'll be responsible for monitoring patients with various medical conditions, including COPD, cellulitis, GI bleed, alcohol intoxication, CHF, and post-stroke care. The role involves night shifts (12 hours) where telemetry is monitored 24/7, but only when ordered—no cardiac drips, just IV management such as Heparin. It's a chance to focus on medical issues that don't require a cardiac floor, providing vital support in a fast-paced hospital setting while enjoying a balanced work-life rhythm with a weekly commitment of 36 hours.
