Job description
Join us for a 13-week travel contract in the Emergency Department of a bustling hospital in Utica, NY. As an Emergency Department RN, you will be at the forefront of acute care, managing everything from stroke and sepsis to trauma and cardiac events. The shift runs from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, giving you ample time to make a difference while enjoying your days off. This role offers a unique chance to experience a busy, high-energy ED that handles a wide range of patient needs, from newborns to geriatrics, all while working with advanced equipment like Rapid Infusors and Arctic Sun systems. Your skills in EPIC EMR and ability to float across multiple units will be put to good use. This assignment is ideal for RNs with at least two years of ED experience, including some pediatric care, and current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
