Job description
Join our team as a Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse in Hickory, North Carolina, for an exciting 12-week contract. This role offers the chance to work across all med-surg departments (excluding CCU, psych, and rehab), providing versatile clinical experience. You’ll be floating between units, supporting patient care where needed, and embracing a jack-and-jill schedule that keeps your weeks interesting. The shifts are 3-day blocks from evening to morning, with a mix of 4 and 3 shifts per week, including every third weekend, all on a night 12-hour rotation.
