Job description
Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Jackson, Tennessee. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing critical support in the emergency department. You'll experience the fast-paced pulse of ER care while enjoying the flexibility of a weekend minimum of two shifts per month and the chance to work during holiday periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day—planned at our discretion. This assignment is perfect for seasoned ER nurses with at least two years of experience, especially those comfortable with ultrasound IV skills and Epic documentation within the last 18 months. No call duties are required, but overtime is available for those interested in extra hours. The contract includes a weekly commitment of 36 hours, and the hourly gross pay is approximately $1,924.84. Candidates must hold a TN or Compact license and possess required certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS, with TNCC or PHTLS preferred but not mandatory. If you haven't recently worked with Epic or pass the onsite test-out, an additional 10 hours of unbillable orientation will be added to your schedule.
