Job description
This contract opportunity places you in the bustling environment of an emergency room with approximately 230 visits a day. As an ER RN, you'll be working 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity, high-volume setting that is free of trauma cases but demands quick thinking and resilience. You'll handle a diverse case load that includes geriatrics, adults, and a small percentage of pediatric patients, collaborating closely with a team that values competence and calm under pressure. Expect to transport pediatric cases to CHOC when needed, working in a facility that emphasizes efficiency, teamwork, and strong clinical skills. With an emphasis on stroke and STEMI cases, possessing a stroke certification is essential, and Epic experience is highly preferred.
