Job description
This 13-week travel contract offers a rewarding opportunity to work as a step-down Registered Nurse at a busy short-term acute care hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. You will be providing specialized care for patients in a Progressive Care Unit, managing complex cases with the support of advanced technology such as vents, telemetry, and central lines. The role involves night shifts of 12 hours, allowing for a focused, quieter environment where your skills in dysrhythmia management, trach care, and IV procedures truly shine. Expect to collaborate closely with RTs and other team members, all while experiencing the vibrant and historic city of St. Louis.
