Job description

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in St. Louis for a 13-week contract with a schedule that keeps your days full and your experience rich. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing care for a variety of acute patients, from infection and renal issues to pulmonary and cardiac diagnoses. No two shifts are the same—sometimes you'll be caring for patients who stay only a few hours, and other times, you'll help with ongoing recovery efforts. This role offers the perfect blend of challenging learning opportunities and the chance to make a real impact in a bustling, fast-paced environment—think of it as a crash course in versatility and expert nursing. It's an engaging role that requires a minimum of 1-2 years experience, with the flexibility for first-timers to step into the action. No on-call duties, but every other weekend is a must, making your work-life balance just a little easier to manage. This role is perfect for dedicated RNs ready to sharpen their skills and learn new ones with additional training including Relias EKG exams and rhythm management. The unit's high patient turnover keeps your days lively and your skills sharp, with plenty of opportunities to float within scope and broaden your expertise. The hospital’s level I trauma designation and Magnet status underscore the quality of care you'll be part of—so bring your passion, your skills, and your readiness to work in a top-tier medical facility.
