Join our esteemed Urology Center in Milwaukee for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a hands-on opportunity to work within a specialized outpatient setting. You will be assisting with procedures such as TURP, TURBT, cysto, ureteroscopy, and prostate biopsies, supporting a team of experienced providers and operating in three flexible cysto rooms. Your role involves managing adult patients undergoing mainly outpatient procedures, with a focus on assisting physicians during surgeries, managing specimens, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The environment features a well-coordinated team including nurses, surgical technologists, and support staff, ensuring an efficient workflow and continuous learning experience. This assignment allows you to immerse yourself in a focused procedural setting that emphasizes precision and teamwork while providing a supportive atmosphere for first-time travelers.
