Job description
Join a dedicated medical/surgical team in Wisconsin Rapids for a 13-week contract as a MedSurg RN. This role offers a mix of day-to-day challenges and rewarding moments, requiring a resilient professional comfortable with a fast-paced environment. You will be caring for a diverse patient population on a 40-bed unit, managing an average of 4 patients during the day and up to 7 at night. Flexibility in float requirements to other units such as IMC, Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior makes this an engaging opportunity for a seasoned nurse who enjoys variety and teamwork. The shift is 12-hour nights, with every other weekend and holiday rotations. This position ensures a steady schedule of approximately 36 hours weekly, with added low census hours that can include on-call duties, compensated accordingly.
