Job description
This 13-week travel contract offers a structured opportunity for a skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to join the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. As a Med/Surg Tele RN, you'll provide vital patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting, potentially floating to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to support a similar patient population. Your responsibilities include monitoring ECG rhythms, administering medications, and coordinating care during 12-hour rotating night or day shifts. This role is not just about caregiving—it's about experiencing the energy of a prominent healthcare facility while maintaining flexibility with shifts, which could rotate to meet hospital needs. Eligible candidates must possess at least 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty, hold an Ohio or compact state license, and have current AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Working at least every other holiday is required, and orientation includes assessments like ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate.
