Peds ER RN in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Join a pediatric emergency department as a travel RN on a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This fast-paced Level I trauma center accommodates 200-280 visits daily, with a diverse case load that ranges from low to high acuity. You’ll be providing specialized pediatric emergency care, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, EKG, and mental health support. The role involves working with sedatives like Ketamine and Propofol, so prior experience with sedation is essential. You'll be floating to support different areas within the department and engaging in a variety of clinical activities that keep your skills sharp and your work interesting.
