Job description
Join us for a 13-week travel assignment as an RN in the Med/Surg Tele/IMC Float Pool at a hospital in Hagerstown, Maryland. This role offers the chance to work 12-hour day shifts, floating between Medical Surgical and Intensive Medical Care units, providing vital support where it’s needed most. You'll be working with patients experiencing a range of acute conditions, including respiratory distress, septic shock, and cardiac events, requiring your expert attention and quick thinking. Recent Epic experience is essential, and you'll be expected to feel comfortable managing patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6.
