ICU/CCU/Critical Care RN in Red Bluff, California

Join us for a 13-week travel ICU nurse contract in Red Bluff, CA, where you'll experience the rewarding challenge of caring for a diverse patient population. This role primarily involves managing high-acuity medical-surgical and sepsis patients, many of whom are borderline stepdown cases. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential patient care in a setting that values teamwork and adaptability. The unit operates with a hospitalist present 24/7 and a tele-ICU intensivist available around the clock, allowing you to focus on clinical skills and collaborative care. This assignment offers an opportunity to hit the ground running with your 2-5 years of ICU experience, especially in smaller ICU settings, and utilize your skills in titrating critical drips like Levo, Heparin, and Insulin. Experience with Cerner and the ability to seamlessly integrate into the unit's family-like atmosphere will be highly valued.
