Job description
This travel healthcare contract offers a unique opportunity to work in the CVICU at Reston Hospital, where you'll be part of launching a new cardiac surgery program. The role requires an experienced cardiac recovery nurse who can handle immediate post-surgical care with confidence. Expect to focus on patients recovering from cardiac surgeries, including those with balloon pumps, Impella devices, and other advanced cardiac equipment. The shift is 12 hours days for 13 weeks, giving you ample time to settle into the rhythm of this specialized unit and enjoy what the locale has to offer.
